The first thing you need to do is enroll in a “sales associate
pre-license’ course. These are usually held at independent schools.
The primary objective of these courses is to provide students with the
basic knowledge and skills necessary to conduct themselves as a licensed
real estate agent in a manner that protects and serves the public
interest while preparing them for the real estate examination.
Once
you've met the requirements of the class and you've passed the final
test, you're ready to move on to the state exam: The Florida Real Estate
Sales Associate Exam.
Once you obtain your state license, you're almost ready to make
your first real estate transaction.
